General Release of Claim. Employee, Employee's heirs, executors, administrators, fiduciaries, successors and/or assigns, knowingly and voluntarily release and forever give up, to the full extent permitted by law, Employer, Employer's past, present and future direct or indirect parent organizations, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated entities, and their partners, officers, directors, trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, employment benefit plans and/or pension plans or funds, executors, attorneys, employees, insurers, reinsurers and/or agents and their successors and assigns individually and in their official capacities (collectively referred to herein as "Released Parties" or "Released Party"), jointly and severally, of and from all claims, known or unknown, that Employee has or may have against Released Parties as of the date of execution of this Agreement including, but not limited to, any alleged violation of:
Limited Release by Employer. Employer, and all of its past, present and future directors, officers, agents, attorneys, insurers, representatives, employees, parent or subsidiary business entities, and any person acting on behalf of or in concert with any of them, voluntarily release Employee, Employee’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, from any and all known claims which Employer has or may have against Employee as of the date of execution of this Agreement concerning Employee’s employment or the termination thereof.
Executive fully, completely and forever releases and discharges Employer, its current or former parent corporations, units, divisions, subsidiaries, foundations, benefit plans, related or affiliated entities, and all current or former officers, directors, shareholders, employees, donors, agents, attorneys, plan administrators, fiduciaries, successors and assigns of Employer, and any entity or unit described above (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, appeals, controversies, disputes, issues, allegations, loss of services, attorneys’ fees, liabilities, grievances, damages and causes of action of any kind, nature or description, arising from any act, omission, conduct, fact or circumstance existing as of the date Executive signs this Agreement.
Release of Claims. Employee agrees that the foregoing consideration represents settlement in full of all outstanding obligations owed to Employee by the Company Group and their current and former officers, directors, employees, agents, investors, attorneys, shareholders, administrators, affiliates, benefit plans, plan administrators, professional employer organization or co-employer, insurers, trustees, divisions, subsidiaries, predecessor and successor corporations, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”). Employee, on Employee’s own behalf and on behalf of Employee’s respective heirs, family members, executors, agents, and assigns, hereby and forever releases the Releasees from, and agrees not to sue concerning, or in any manner to institute, prosecute, or pursue, any claim, complaint, charge, duty, obligation, demand, or cause of action relating to any matters of any kind, whether presently known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that Employee may possess against any of the Releasees arising from any omissions, acts, facts, or damages that have occurred up until and including the date Employee signs this Agreement, including, without limitation:
Release. Employee, on behalf of herself, and her heirs, executors, administrators, dependents, spouse, beneficiaries, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, the “Releasing Parties”), hereby fully, unconditionally and forever release, acquit and discharge the Released Parties, jointly and severally, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, grievances, liabilities, and obligations of any nature whatsoever that the Releasing Parties had, have or may ever have against the Released Parties, or that might be assigned by the Releasing Parties, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, as of the Release Effective Date. Executive knowingly and voluntarily releases and forever discharges the Company, its parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, insurers, successors and assigns, and their current and former employees, officers, directors, attorneys and agents thereof, both individually and in their business capacities, and their employee benefit plans and programs and their administrators and fiduciaries (collectively referred to throughout the remainder of this Agreement as “Releasees”), of and from any and all causes of action, claims and liabilities, known and unknown, asserted or unasserted, that the Executive has or may have against Releasees as of the date of Executive’s execution of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any alleged violation of:
Release. Employee, on behalf of himself/herself and Employee’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, insurers, attorneys and other persons or entities, acting or purporting to act on Employee’s behalf (collectively, the “Employee Parties”), does hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit and forever discharge the Company, and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and attorneys (collectively, the “the Company Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, obligations, liabilities, debts, demands, contentions, damages, judgments, levies and executions of any kind, whether in law or in equity, known or unknown, including but not limited to claims which the Employee Parties have or have had against the Company Parties by reason of, arising out of, related to, or resulting from Employee’s employment with the Company or the termination thereof, existing as of the Supplemental Release Effective Date (defined in Section 6 below).
