Release. Except as provided in Section 9(b), the Company and the Company Parties do hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit and forever discharge Employee and the Employee Parties, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, obligations, liabilities, debts, demands, contentions, damages, judgments, levies and executions of any kind, whether in law or in equity, known or unknown, including but not limited to claims which the Company has or has had against the Employee Parties by reason of, arising out of, related to, or resulting from Employee’s employment with the Company or the termination thereof, existing as of the Effective Date.

(collectively, the “Employee Parties”), does hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit and forever discharge the Company, and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and attorneys (collectively, the “Company Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, obligations, liabilities, debts, demands, contentions, damages, judgments, levies and executions of any kind, whether in law or in equity, known or unknown, including but not limited to claims which the Employee Parties have or have had against the Company Parties by reason of, arising out of, related to, or resulting from Employee’s employment with the Company or the termination thereof, existing as of the Effective Date (defined in Section 20 below).

Release. Employee, on behalf of himself/herself and Employee’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, insurers, attorneys and other persons or entities, acting or purporting to act on Employee’s behalf (collectively, the “Employee Parties”), does hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit and forever discharge the Company, and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and attorneys (collectively, the “the Company Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, obligations, liabilities, debts, demands, contentions, damages, judgments, levies and executions of any kind, whether in law or in equity, known or unknown, including but not limited to claims which the Employee Parties have or have had against the Company Parties by reason of, arising out of, related to, or resulting from Employee’s employment with the Company or the termination thereof, existing as of the Supplemental Release Effective Date (defined in Section 6 below).
