[Section 1.1 of Schedule I] of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the defined term “Maturity Date” in its entirety and replacing such term with the following:

[Section 1.01] of the Loan and Servicing Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following definitions in proper alphabetical sequence:

[Sections 1.02] (Other Interpretative Provisions), 1.03 (Accounting Terms) and 1.09 (Limited Condition Acquisitions) of the Credit Agreement are each applicable to this Agreement as and to the extent set forth therein.

[Article 1.33] is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
