[Schedule 1.01(a)] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read in the form of Annex B hereof.

[Schedule 1.01(b)] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read in the form of Annex C hereof.

[Schedule 2.01] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

SECTION # Amendments to [Schedule 1.01(b)]. [Schedule 1.01(b)] of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

[Schedule II] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety and replaced with [Annex B] hereto.

[Schedule 1.01(b)] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth on Annex I hereto.

[Schedule I] of the Existing Credit Facility Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form attached as Annex B hereto.

[Schedule 1.01(b)] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth on [Annex II] hereto.

SECTION # Amendments to [Schedule 1.01(b)]. [Schedule 1.01(b)] to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety in the form of [Exhibit B] attached hereto.

Amendment to [Schedule 1.01(b)]. [Schedule 1.01(b)] to the Credit Agreement shall be amended in its entirety by substituting in its place the [Schedule 1.01(b)] set forth on [Annex A] attached hereto.
