Payments. All amounts due under this Section shall be payable promptly after demand therefor.

Payments. From and after the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall make all payments in respect of [the][each] Assigned interest (including payments of principal, interest, fees and other amounts) to [the][the relevant] Assignor for amounts which have accrued

Payments. ​ or the relevant Subsidiary Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Loan (other than any scheduled payments of principal in respect of Term Loans prior to the applicable Maturity Date) or any reimbursement obligation in respect of any LC Disbursement when any such amount becomes due in accordance with the terms thereof or hereof; or ​ or the relevant Subsidiary Borrower shall fail to pay # any scheduled payments of principal in respect of Term Loans prior to the applicable Maturity Date, # any interest on any Loan or # any fee or other amount payable hereunder, in each case (for the purposes of the preceding clauses (i), (ii) and (iii)) within five Business Days after any such scheduled payment of principal, interest, fee or amount becomes due in accordance with the terms thereof or hereof; or

Payments. All amounts due under this [Section 11.04] shall be payable not later than 20 Business Days after written demand therefor.

Payments. From and after the Effective Date, the [[Organization B:Organization]] shall make all payments in respect of the Assigned Interest (including payments of principal, interest, fees and other amounts) to the Assignee whether such amounts have accrued prior to, on or after the Effective Date. The Assignor and the Assignee shall make all appropriate adjustments in payments by the [[Organization B:Organization]] for periods prior to the Effective Date or with respect to the making of this assignment directly between themselves. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the [[Organization B:Organization]] shall make all payments of interest, fees or other amounts paid or payable in kind from and after the Effective Date to the Assignee.

Payments. If Borrower fails to pay when due and payable, or when declared due and payable, # all or any portion of the Obligations consisting of interest, fees, or charges due the Lender Group or reimbursement of Lender Group Expenses, (other than any portion thereof constituting principal), including any portion thereof that accrues after the commencement of an Insolvency Proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in whole or in part as a claim in any such Insolvency Proceeding, and such failure continues for a period of 3 Business Days, # any other amounts constituting Obligations (other than principal of the Loans or amounts owing to an Issuing Lender in reimbursement of a drawing under a Letter of Credit), and such failure continues for a period of 5 Business Days, # all or any portion of the principal of the Loans, or # any amount payable to Issuing Lender in reimbursement of any drawing under a Letter of Credit.

Payments. The purchase price for the Shares will be paid on or before March 13, 2018:

Payments. (a) Whenever we receive a payment of principal, interest, facility fee or premium (if any) or other payment, or whenever we make an application of funds, in connection with the Loans or the Note (including, without limitation, any payment or application from any property or deposit held or taken in connection with the Loans or the Note, whether as collateral or otherwise), we will promptly pay over to you, in United States dollars (or, if another Currency was received or applied by us in such other Currency) and in the kind of funds so received or applied by us, an amount equal to your Purchased Interest of such payment or application (net of any sharing thereof with other lenders required under the Credit Agreement), determined as follows:

Payments. The purchase price for 300,000 Shares totaling $3,000 will be paid on or before June 3, 2015.

Payments. The purchase price for 716,667 Shares totaling $4,300 will be paid on or before December 29, 2014.
