Within thirty (30) days after any payment of Taxes by the [[Parties:Organization A:Organization]] to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section,Section 3.10, the [[Parties:Organization A:Organization]] shall deliver to the [[Organization A:B:Organization]] the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the [[Organization B:Organization]].

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the [[Parties:Borrower:Organization]] to a Governmental Authority pursuant toas provided in this Section,Section 3.01, the [[Parties:Borrower:Organization]] shall deliver to the [[Organization A:Administrative Agent:Organization]] the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the return [[Administrative Agent:Organization]].

Evidence of Payment. Upon request by [[Organization A:Organization]], asPayments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the [[Consolidated Parties:Organization]] to a Governmental Authority pursuant toas provided in this Section,Section 3.01, the [[Consolidated Parties:Organization]] shall deliver to [[Organization A:Organization]]the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the return Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment.Payments. Upon request by the [[Organization A:Borrower:Organization]] or the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as soon as practicablethe case may be, after any payment of Taxes by the [[Parties:Borrower:Organization]] or by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] to a Governmental Authority pursuant toas provided in this Section,Section 3.01, the [[Parties:Borrower:Organization]] shall deliver to the [[Organization A:Administrative Agent:Organization]] or the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall deliver to the ​, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the return ​ or the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as the case may be.
