Evidence of Insurance. Cause the ​ to be named as ​’ loss payable, loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear, and/or additional insured with respect of any such insurance providing liability coverage or coverage in respect of any Collateral, and cause, unless otherwise agreed to by the ​, each provider of any such insurance to agree, by endorsement upon the policy or policies issued by it or by independent instruments furnished to the ​ that it will give the ​ thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such policy or policies shall be altered or cancelled (or ten (10) days’ prior notice in the case of cancellation due to the nonpayment of premiums). Annually, upon expiration of current insurance coverage, the Loan Parties shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the ​, such evidence of insurance as reasonably required by the ​, including, but not limited to: # certified copies of such insurance policies, # evidence of such insurance policies (including, without limitation and as applicable, ACORD Form 28 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate), and ACORD Form 25 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate)), # declaration pages for each insurance policy and # ​’s loss payable endorsement if the ​ for the benefit of the Secured Parties is not on the declarations page for such policy.

#Subject to the ​Intercreditor Agreement, cause all property insurance policies covering any Collateral maintained by any Loan Party to be namedendorsed or otherwise amended to include a customary lender’s loss payable endorsement in favor of the Administrative Agent or name the Administrative Agent as ​’ loss payable, loss payeepayee, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which endorsement shall provide that if the insurance carrier shall have received written notice from the Administrative Agent of the occurrence of an Event of Default, the insurance carrier shall pay all proceeds otherwise payable to a Loan Party under such policies directly to the Administrative Agent, # cause each such policy to provide that it shall not be canceled, modified or mortgagee, as its interest may appear, and/or additional insured with respectnot renewed upon less than thirty (30) days’ (or, in the case of any of the foregoing resulting from failure to pay premiums, upon less than ten (10) days’) (or, in each case, such insurance providing liability coverage or coverage in respectshorter number of any Collateral, and cause, unless otherwisedays as may be agreed to by the ​, each providerAdministrative Agent) prior written notice thereof by the insurer to the Administrative Agent, # deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon the cancellation, modification or nonrenewal of any such insurance to agree, by endorsement upon the policy of insurance, a certificate of coverage under any renewal or policies issued by it or by independent instruments furnished to the ​ that it will give the ​ thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such policy or policies shall be altered or cancelled (or ten (10) days’ prior notice in the case of cancellation due to the nonpayment of premiums). Annually, upon expiration of current insurance coverage, the Loan Parties shall provide, orreplacement policy, and # cause to be provided, to the ​, such evidence of insurance as reasonably required by the ​, including, but not limited to: # certified copies of such insurance policies, # evidence of suchall liability insurance policies (including, without limitation(other than policies with respect to worker’s compensation and as applicable, ACORD Form 28 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate), and ACORD Form 25 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate)), # declaration pages for each insurance policy and # ​’s loss payable endorsement if the ​ for the benefit of the Secured Partiesother policies where such designation is not oncustomary) maintained by any Loan Party to name the declarations page for such policy.Administrative Agent as an additional insured.
