Evidence of Insurance. Cause the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] to be named as ’ loss payable, loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear, and/or additional insured with respect of any such insurance providing liability coverage or coverage in respect of any Collateral, and cause, unless otherwise agreed to by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], each provider of any such insurance to agree, by endorsement upon the policy or policies issued by it or by independent instruments furnished to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] that it will give the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such policy or policies shall be altered or cancelled (or ten (10) days’ prior notice in the case of cancellation due to the nonpayment of premiums). Annually, upon expiration of current insurance coverage, the Loan Parties shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], such evidence of insurance as reasonably required by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], including, but not limited to: # certified copies of such insurance policies, # evidence of such insurance policies (including, without limitation and as applicable, ACORD Form 28 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate), and ACORD Form 25 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate)), # declaration pages for each insurance policy and # [[Organization A:Organization]]’s loss payable endorsement if the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] for the benefit of the Secured Parties is not on the declarations page for such policy.
Evidence. Evidence required of anyone under the Plan may be by certificate, affidavit, document or other information which the person acting on it considers pertinent and reliable, and signed, made or presented by the proper party or parties.
Section # Evidence of Insurance. For the period beginning with the Closing Date and continuing throughout the term of the LOC, Borrower shall take out, pay for and keep in full force, property and liability insurance on the Property against such risks, in such amounts, and with such lenders ‘loss payable and additional insured clauses and endorsements as shall be satisfactory to Lender and otherwise customarily carried on property of the type and having an approximate fair market value as that of the Property, and shall furnish Lender with the reasonably satisfactory evidence of such insurance and promptly notify Lender of any changes to such insurance. Borrower shall include Lender as an additional insured under all insurance policies applicable to the Property.
Oral Evidence. This Subscription Agreement constitutes the entire Subscription Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. Neither this Subscription Agreement nor any provision hereof may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, except by a statement in writing signed by the party or parties against which enforcement or the change, waiver discharge or termination is sought.
Licensee shall provide Harvard with written evidence of such insurance upon request of Harvard. Licensee shall provide Harvard with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the cancellation, non-renewal or material change in such insurance. If Licensee does not obtain replacement insurance providing comparable coverage within thirty (30) days after such notice, Harvard shall have the right to terminate this Agreement effective at the end of such thirty (30) day period without notice or any additional waiting periods.
Changes. Any changes requested by Tenant to the Tenant Improvements shall be requested and instituted in accordance with the provisions of this Section 4 and shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord and the Tl Architect, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Changes. Either Party may propose a change in the scope or detail of a Work Order. Any such change will require a written change of scope amendment to each Work Order (a “Change of Scope”). Each Change of Scope will detail the requested changes to the applicable task, responsibility, duty, milestone, deliverables, budget, Timeline(s) or other matter. A Change of Scope will become effective as an amendment to such Work Order upon the execution of such Change of Scope by both Parties’ authorized representatives. Each Party agrees to act in good faith and promptly when considering a Change of Scope requested by the other Party.
Changes. Changes to allocations for future deferrals will be applied to the next contribution period following the date of the election.
Insurance. The properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are insured with financially sound and reputable insurance companies not Affiliates of the Borrower, in such amounts, with such deductibles and covering such risks as are customarily carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in localities where the Borrower or the applicable Subsidiary operates.

Insurance. and each of its Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as management of believes to be prudent and customary in the businesses in which and its Subsidiaries are engaged. Neither nor any such Subsidiary has been refused any insurance coverage sought or applied for and neither nor any such Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business at a cost that would not materially and adversely affect the condition, financial or otherwise, or the earnings, business or operations of and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
Insurance. Subject to [Section 5.09(h)], the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence of insurance coverage in form, scope, and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and otherwise in compliance with the terms of Section 5.05 and [Section 4.10] of the Security Agreement.
Insurance. All insurance premiums and costs, including, but not limited to, any deductible amounts, premiums and other costs of insurance incurred by Landlord, including for the insurance coverage required under Paragraph 11.1 below.

However, if Tenant fails to provide evidence that it is in compliance with the requirements of the Lease pursuant to Exhibit B within thirty (30) days following delivery of written notice from Landlord, then Landlord may impose an additional charge of $150.00 each time Landlord provide Tenant with notice. Landlord may apply the Security Deposit toward the charges assessed in the manner set forth in Paragraph 6 above. Landlord will secure and maintain insurance coverage in such limits as Landlord may deem reasonable in its sole judgment to afford Landlord adequate protection. Any proceeds of such insurance shall be the sole property of Landlord to use as Landlord determines. Landlord makes no representation that the insurance policies and coverage amounts specified to be carried by Tenant or Landlord under the terms of this Lease are adequate to protect Tenant. Tenant will not do or permit anything to be done within or about the Premises or the Project which will increase the existing rate of any insurance on any portion of the Project or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering any portion of the Project. Tenant will, at its sole cost and expense, comply with any requirements of any insurer of Landlord. Tenant will provide, at its own expense, all insurance as Tenant deems adequate to protect its interests.
Insurance. The Seller and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Seller and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage at least equal to the aggregate Subscription Amount. Neither the Seller nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
Insurance. Manager shall procure and maintain: # professional liability insurance covering Provider and Provider Professionals for products manufactured with commercially reasonable and prevailing levels of coverage on behalf of Provider at Provider’s expense; # adequate workers’ compensation liability insurance for Provider’s employees, including Provider Professionals, at Provider’s expense; and # a comprehensive general liability insurance policy covering the activities of Provider naming Manager, Manager’s employees, Provider and Provider Professionals as insureds at Provider’s expense.
Insurance. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years after its expiration or earlier termination, each Party shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, liability insurance applicable to its performance under this Agreement, which meets the following requirements:
