Evidence of Insurance. Cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lenders’ loss payable, loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear, and/or additional insured with respect of any such insurance providing general liability or property coverage, and cause, unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent, each provider of any such insurance to agree, by endorsement upon the policy or policies issued by it or by independent instruments furnished to the Administrative Agent that it will give the Administrative Agent thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such policy or policies shall be altered or cancelled (or ten (10) days prior notice in the case of cancellation due to the nonpayment of premiums). As requested by the Administrative Agent, the Loan Parties agree to deliver to the Administrative Agent an Authorization to Share Insurance Information, in a form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents.

Evidence of Insurance. Certificates of insurance, including required endorsements showing such coverages to be in force, shall be provided to Landlord prior to the commencement of any Tenant Work and prior to each renewal.

Evidence of Insurance. Lessee shall deliver “verification” of insurance to Lessor as set forth below.

. Borrowers represent and warrant to Administrative Agent that Borrowers have delivered to Administrative Agent true, correct and complete copies of all of the Required Insurance Policies, evidencing that all coverage required under this Agreement is in full force and effect. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the expiration date of any Required Insurance Policy, Borrowers shall deliver to Servicer a certified copy of the applicable renewal policy, or detailed binder or endorsement or certificate in form and content satisfactory to Administrative Agent. Whenever a certificate of insurance is issued in connection with any Required Insurance Policy, such certificate shall, at the minimum: # be on an Accord 28 form for Property insurance and an Accord 25 form for liability insurance, # indicate the applicable Borrowers as the named insured; # indicate the required limits of insurance for property and liability; # indicate the applicable Properties as a covered location; # specify each of Administrative Agent and Lender as a “mortgagee” and “lender loss payee” (on Property insurance certificates) and an additional insured (on liability insurance certificates); # show each of Administrative Agent and Lender as the “Certificate Holder” c/o: Servicer (with Servicer’s address); # indicate policy numbers and policy term dates; # identify the insurance companies responsible for each type of coverage; and # bear a duly authorized signature.

Annually, upon expiration of current insurance coverage, the Loan Parties shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent, such evidence of insurance as required by the Administrative Agent, including, but not limited to: # certified copies of such insurance policies, # evidence of such insurance policies (including, without limitation and as applicable, ACORD Form 28 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate), and ACORD Form 25 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate)), # declaration pages for each insurance policy and # lender’s loss payable endorsement if the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties is not on the declarations page for such policy. As requested by the Administrative Agent, the Loan Parties agree to deliver to the Administrative Agent an Authorization to Share Insurance Information.

Evidence of Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance.
