Such certificate shall be conclusive, absent manifest error, that such amounts are due and owing.

If the ​ claimsbecomes entitled to claim any additional amounts pursuant to this [Section 3.06]6], [Section 3.07] or [Section 3.09], as the case may be, it shall providepromptly notify ​ of the event by reason of which it has become so entitled.
