Stock Unit Award Agreement. Each grant of Stock Units under the Plan shall be evidenced by a Stock Unit Award Agreement between the Participant and the Company. Such Stock Units shall be subject to all applicable terms of the Plan and may be subject to any other terms that are not inconsistent with the Plan. The provisions of the various Stock Unit Award Agreements entered into under the Plan need not be identical.

Stock Unit Agreement. Each grant of Stock Units under the Plan shall be evidenced by a Stock Unit Agreement between the recipient and the Company. Stock Units shall be subject to all applicable terms of the Plan and may be subject to any other terms that are not inconsistent with the Plan. The provisions of the various Stock Unit Agreements entered into under the Plan need not be identical. Stock Units may be granted in consideration of a reduction in the Participant’s other compensation.

Restricted Stock Unit Agreement. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award granted under this Plan shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement with the Company, which shall contain the terms and conditions set forth herein and shall otherwise be consistent with the provisions of this Plan.

Grant of Stock Units. The Company hereby grants to the Employee an Award of ​ Stock Units on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan. Each Stock Unit represents the right of the Employee to receive an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date that payment is made with respect to the Stock Unit.

Restricted Stock Unit Awards. Each grant of Restricted Stock Units under the Plan shall be evidenced by an Agreement that # provides for the issuance of Shares to a Participant at such time(s) as the Committee may specify and # contains such other terms and conditions as the Committee may specify, including without limitation, terms that condition the issuance of Restricted Stock Unit Awards upon the achievement of one or more specified Performance Goals.
