Affiliate. “Affiliate” means # any entity in which the Company, directly or indirectly, owns 10% or more of the combined voting power, as determined by the Board, # any “parent corporation” of the Company (as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code), # any “subsidiary corporation” of any such parent corporation (as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code) of the Company and # any trades or businesses, whether or not incorporated which are members of a controlled group or are under common control (as defined in [Sections 414(b) or (c)])] of the Code) with the Company.

“Affiliate” shall mean # any subsidiary corporation of the Company within the meaning of Section 424(f) of the Code, # any corporation, trade or business (including, without limitation, a partnership or limited liability company) which is directly or indirectly controlled 50% or more (whether by ownership of stock, assets or an equivalent ownership interest or voting interest) by the Company, or # any other entity which is designated as an Affiliate by the Board or the Committee.

Affiliate. “Affiliate” means the Company and any other parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company, as such terms are defined in [Section 424(e) and (1)])] of the Code.

“Affiliate” means any parent or subsidiary (as such terms are defined in Code [Section 424(e)] and [Section 424(f)], respectively) of the Company, and also includes any other business entity which is controlled by, under common control with or controls the Company.

“Affiliate” means a “parent corporation” or a “subsidiary corporation” of the Company, as those terms are defined in [Section 424(e) and (f)])] of the Code.

“Affiliate” means a corporation which is a parent corporation or a subsidiary corporation with respect to the Company within the meaning of [section 424(e) or (f)])] of the Code.

Section # Affiliate. “Affiliate” means any entity that is a Subsidiary or a parent corporation, as defined in Code [Section 424(e)], of the Company, or any other entity designated by the Committee as covered by the Plan in which the Company has, directly or indirectly, at least a 20% voting interest.

“Affiliate” means any corporation that is a parent or subsidiary corporation (as defined in [Sections 424(e) and (f)])] of the Code) with respect to the Corporation.

“Affiliate” shall mean any corporation which, with respect to the Company, is a “subsidiary corporation” within the meaning of Section 424(f) of the Code or other entity in which the Company has a controlling interest in such entity or another entity which is part of a chain of entities in which the Company or each entity has a controlling interest in another entity in the unbroken chain of entities ending with the applicable entity.

“Affiliate” means any “parent corporation” or “subsidiary corporation” of the Company as such terms are defined in Code [sections 424(e) and (f)])], respectively.
