Equity. Except as provided in Article 6 in the case of certain terminations of employment, this Agreement shall not affect any Stock Awards (as such term is defined below) previously granted by the Company to Executive. Subject to approval by the Company’s Compensation Committee, in consultation with the independent members of the Board of Directors, Executive will be eligible to receive additional Stock Awards on terms to be determined by the Compensation Committee at the time of any such grant. The determination whether to grant any additional Stock Award to Executive is in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee, in consultation with the independent members of the Board of Directors.
