the Borrower may declare and make dividends payable solely in additional shares of Borrower’s Qualified Equity Interests and may exchange Equity Interests for its Qualified Equity Interests;

the Borrower may declare and pay dividends with respect to its Equity Interests payable solely in additional shares of its Equity Interests (other than Disqualified Stock);

the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries may declare and pay dividends and distributions payable solely in Qualified Equity Interests of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary;

the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary may declare and make dividend payments or other distributions payable solely in the Equity Interests (other than Disqualified Equity Interests) of such Person;

each Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary may declare and make dividend payments or other distributions payable solely in Qualified Equity Interests of such Person and the Partnership may issue Qualified Equity Interests upon the conversion of, or in exchange for, Disqualified Equity Interests;
