Equity Awards. Each outstanding equity and equity-based compensation award granted by the Corporation to the Executive shall be treated in accordance with the terms of the plan and award agreement under which it was originally granted.
Equity Matters. Executive’s outstanding equity and equity-based awards shall be treated in the manner set forth in the Company’s 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan and the applicable award agreements issued to Executive thereunder (collectively, the “Equity Plan Documents”), as follows:
Equity Awards. All outstanding equity awards granted to Executive under any equity plan of the Company or its Affiliates shall vest, be forfeited or settled in accordance with the terms of the equity plan of the Company or its Affiliates and the applicable award agreements.
