Equitable Relief. The parties may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or other interim or conservatory relief, as necessary, without breach of this arbitration agreement and without abridgment of the powers of the arbitrator.
Equitable Relief. Each Party acknowledges that any breach of their obligations set forth in Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 may cause irreparable harm to the other Party; therefore, the other Party may have, in addition to any remedies available at law, the right to obtain equitable relief to enforce this Agreement.

Given the nature of the Confidential Information and the competitive damage that a Party would suffer upon unauthorized disclosure, use, or transfer of its Confidential Information, monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Section 6. Therefore, in addition to all other remedies available at Law, a Party is entitled to seek specific performance and injunctive and other equitable relief as a remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this Section 6.
Equitable Relief. In the event the Company determines that Participant has breached or attempted or threatened to breach any of the Restrictive Covenants, in addition to any other remedies at law or in equity the Company may have available to it, it is agreed that the Company will be entitled to institute and prosecute proceedings in any court, tribunal or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction for specific performance, a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction (without the necessity of # proving irreparable harm, # establishing that monetary damages are inadequate or # posting any bond with respect thereto) against Participant prohibiting such breach or attempted or threatened breach by proving only the existence of such breach or attempted or threatened breach.
Equitable Relief. In the event of a breach or threatened breach by Employee of [Sections 7 through 9], Employee hereby consents and agrees that the Company shall be entitled to seek, in addition to other available remedies, a temporary or permanent injunction or other equitable relief against such breach or threatened breach from any court of competent jurisdiction, without the necessity of showing any actual damages or that monetary damages would not afford an adequate remedy, and without the necessity of posting any bond or other security. The aforementioned equitable relief shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, legal remedies, monetary damages or other available forms of relief.
Equitable Relief. Employee and Conduent agree that, in the event of breach of this Agreement by Employee, Conduent would be irreparably harmed but the amount of damages to Conduent would be difficult to ascertain. Conduent and Employee agree that in the event of such breach, Conduent shall have the right to an injunction or other equitable relief and to all other appropriate legal remedies, including damages. In the event any lawsuit is brought to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its, Employee’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and cost from the other party.
We also do not cover any fines, penalties, taxes, punitive, exemplary or multiplied damages, or any claim or suit seeking non monetary relief, including but not limited to, injunctive relief, declaratory relief or other equitable remedies.
Each Party understands and agrees that the other Party could not be reasonably or adequately compensated in damages in an action at law for breach of the Partys obligations under this [Section 2.6]. Accordingly, each Party specifically agrees that the other Party shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive relief, specific performance, and other equitable relief to enforce the provisions of this [Section 2.6]. This provision with respect to injunctive relief shall not, however, diminish the right of the Party to claim and recover damages or other remedies in addition to equitable relief.

The third-party claim seeks, in addition to or in lieu of monetary damages, any injunctive or other equitable relief (except where non-monetary relief is merely incidental to a primary claim or claims for monetary damages);
The agrees that it would be difficult to calculate the extent of damages caused by, and to compensate the Company and the Manager fully for damages for, any violation by the of the provisions of this Agreement. Accordingly, agrees that the Company and the Manager shall be entitled to temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief or other equitable relief (including specific performance), without necessity of posting bond, to enforce the provisions of this this Agreement, and that such relief may be granted without the necessity of proving actual damages. This right to equitable relief shall not, however, diminish the Company’s or the Manager’s right to claim and recover damages from in addition to equitable relief. The remedies provided to the Company and the Manager in this Agreement are cumulative, and not exclusive, of any other remedies that may be available to the Company or the Manager.
The arbitrators may grant any legal or equitable remedy or relief that the arbitrators deem just and equitable, to the same extent that remedies or relief could be granted by a state or federal court, provided however, that no punitive damages may be awarded. No court action shall be maintained seeking punitive damages. The decision of any two of the three arbitrators appointed shall be binding upon the Parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, prior to or while an arbitration proceeding is pending, either Party has the right to seek and obtain injunctive and other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce that Partys rights hereunder.
Optionee agrees that the Company shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief, and that such relief shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any remedies it may have at law or under this Agreement.
The arbitrators authority shall include the ability to render equitable types of relief and, in such event, any aforesaid court may enter an order enjoining and/or compelling such actions or relief ordered or as found by the arbitrator.
