Equitable Relief. Given the nature of the Confidential Information and the competitive damage that a Party would suffer upon unauthorized disclosure, use, or transfer of its Confidential Information, monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Section 6. Therefore, in addition to all other remedies available at Law, a Party is entitled to seek specific performance and injunctive and other equitable relief as a remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this Section 6.

Therefore,Article 6 is breached and, therefore, either Party may, in addition to allany other remedies available at Law, a Party is entitled tolegal or equitable remedies, seek specific performance and injunctive andan injunction or other equitable relief as a remedy for anyagainst such breach or threatened breach of this Section 6.in relation to Confidential Information that it disclosed to the other Party.

In addition to all other remedies available at Law,remedies, a Party isparty shall be entitled to seek specific performance and injunctive and other equitable relief as a remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this Section 6.clause 15.

GivenThe Parties agree that any breach of confidentiality under this Clause 6 may cause irreparable injury to the nature of the Confidential InformationDiscloser and the competitive damage that a Party would suffer upon unauthorized disclosure, use, or transfer of its Confidential Information, monetary damages may not be a sufficientan adequate remedy for any breach of this Section 6. Therefore, in addition to all other remedies available at Law, a Party issuch breach. Accordingly, the Discloser shall be entitled to seek specific performance and injunctive and other equitable relief as a remedy foragainst any breach or threatened breach ofsuch breach, including injunctions, and this Section 6.shall be without prejudice to the Discloser’s other rights and remedies under law.
