Given the nature of the Confidential Information and the competitive damage that a Party would suffer upon unauthorized disclosure, use, or transfer of its Confidential Information, monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Section 6. Therefore, in addition to all other remedies available at Law, a Party is entitled to seek specific performance and injunctive and other equitable relief as a remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this Section 6.
