Modification. Except as modified by this Second Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby ratified, confirmed and shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Second Amendment and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Second Amendment shall govern.
