Keep any property either owned or operated by Borrowersany Loan Party or theirits Restricted Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens, except for Environmental Liens that, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect,

Keep any property either owned or operated by BorrowersParent or theirits Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens,

The Borrower will keep or cause to be kept, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep or cause to be kept, all Real Property now or hereafter owned by the Borrower or any property either owned or operated by Borrowers or theirof its Subsidiaries free and clear of any Liens imposed pursuant to Environmental Liens or post bonds orLaws other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens,than Permitted Liens.
