As soon as possible and in any event within 15 days after receipt by the Company, a copy of # any notice or claim to the effect that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Company, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment and # any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental Law by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, which, in either case, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;

Environmental. As soon as possiblepracticable and in any event within 15ten (10) days after receipt by the Company,Borrower, a copy of # any notice or claim to the effect that the CompanyBorrower or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Releaserelease by the Company,Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminanttoxic or hazardous waste or substance into the environmentenvironment, and # any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental Lawfederal, state or local environmental, health or safety law or regulation by the CompanyBorrower or any of its Subsidiaries, which, in either case, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;Effect.

As soon as possiblepossible, and in any event within 15 days60 days, after receipt by the Company,​ a copy of # any notice or claim to the effect that the Company​ or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Releaserelease by the Company,​, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminanttoxic or hazardous waste or substance into the environmentenvironment, and # any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental Lawfederal, state or local environmental, health or safety law or regulation by the Company​ or any of its Subsidiaries, which, in either case, could be reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; provided that if ​ is then a “registrant” within the meaning of Rule 1-01 of Regulation S-X of the SEC, ​’s report on a Form 10-K, a Form 10-Q or any Form 8-K that contains information related to the matters described in [clauses (i) or (ii)])] shall be deemed notice under this [clause (d)].

As soon as possible and in any event within 1510 days after receipt by the Company,Borrower, a copy of # any notice or claim to the effect that the CompanyBorrower or any of its Principal Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Releaserelease by the Company,Borrower, any of its Principal Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminanttoxic or hazardous waste or substance into the environmentenvironment, and # any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental Lawfederal, state or local environmental, health or safety law or regulation by the CompanyBorrower or any of its Principal Subsidiaries, which, in either case, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;Effect. The Borrower may satisfy any such notice requirement by delivering to the Administrative Agent a copy of the Borrower’s report on Form 8-K describing such event, promptly following filing thereof with the SEC.
