Claims Procedure. The Executive may file a written claim with the Authorizing Executive, who shall consider such claim and notify the Executive in writing of his decision with respect thereto within ninety (90) days (or within such longer period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, as the Authorizing Executive determines is necessary to review the claim, provided that the Authorizing Executive notifies the Executive in writing of the extension within the original ninety (90) day period).
