Keep any property either owned or operated by Borrowers or their Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens,

Keep any property either owned or operated by any Loan Party or its Restricted Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens, except for Environmental Liens that, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect,

Keep any property either owned or operated by Parent or its Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens,

The Borrower will keep or cause to be kept, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep or cause to be kept, all Real Property now or hereafter owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries free and clear of any Liens imposed pursuant to Environmental Laws other than Permitted Liens.
