"Government Entity" means a government or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof (including any commercial entity, company, or other entity controlled by a government, or in which a government holds a majority share of the equity), a political party, or a public international organization.

Government Entity means any government, including the Government, and all departments, political subdivisions, instrumentalities, agencies, corporations or commissions under the direct or indirect control thereof or owned thereby and shall include any court, arbitral tribunal, legislature, council or other state government or national, regional, municipal or local authorities.

“Governmental Entity” shall mean any government or any agency, bureau, board, directorate, commission, court, department, official, political subdivision, tribunal, or other instrumentality of any government, whether federal, state or local, domestic or foreign.

"Government Entity" means any supra-national, national, state, municipal or local government (including any sub-division, court, administrative agency or commission or other authority thereof) or any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory authority or any entity that is at least fifty per cent. (50%) owned by any Government Entity or controlled by a Government Entity;

“Governmental Entity” means all agencies, authorities, boards, bodies, commissions, courts, instrumentalities, legislatures, arbitral tribunals and offices of any nature whatsoever, foreign or domestic, of any federal, state, county, district, municipal or other political subdivision.

“Governmental Entity” means any federal, state, local, domestic or foreign government or any court of competent jurisdiction, regulatory or administrative agency or commission or other governmental entity or instrumentality, whether federal, state, local, domestic or foreign.

“Government Entity” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, county, foreign or other governmental, quasi-governmental, administrative or regulatory authority, body, agency, court, tribunal, commission or other similar governmental entity (including any branch, department, agency or political subdivision thereof) or any self-regulating body of similar standing.

“Governmental Entity” shall mean any foreign, federal, state, local or other governmental, legislative, judicial, administrative or regulatory authority, agency, commission, board, body, court or entity or any instrumentality thereof or any self-regulatory body or arbitral body or arbitrator.
