"Affiliate" means a legal entity which controls, or which is controlled by, or which is controlled by an entity which controls, the Company.

(b) “Affiliate” means a legal entity which controls, or which is controlled by, or which is controlled by an entity which controls, the Company.

“affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company, and “control” means the power to exercise a controlling influence over the management or policies of an entity, unless such power is solely the result of an official position with such entity; and

“Affiliate” means any entity that Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, a specified Person or Persons.

"Affiliate" means, with respect to any Entity, any Entity that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or under common control with, such Entity.
