Voting Securities” of an entity means the outstanding equity securities (or comparable equity interests) entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of such entity.

Voting Securities” means the outstanding voting securities of a corporation entitling the holder thereof to vote generally in the election of such corporation’s directors.

Voting Securities” shall mean any securities of the Company which vote generally in the election of directors.

"Voting Securities" of a corporation means securities of such corporation that are entitled to vote generally in the election of directors, but not including any other class of securities of such corporation that may have voting power by reason of the occurrence of a contingency.

Voting Securities” means, with respect to any Person, securities or other ownership interests having by the terms thereof ordinary voting power to elect the board of directors or other persons performing similar functions of such Person (irrespective of whether or not at the time securities or other ownership interests of any other class or classes of such Person shall have or might have voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency).

Voting Securities: shall mean any securities that vote generally in the election of directors, in the admission of general partners, or in the selection of any other similar governing body.
