"Government Entity" means any supra-national, national, state, municipal or local government (including any sub-division, court, administrative agency or commission or other authority thereof) or any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory authority or any entity that is at least fifty per cent. (50%) owned by any Government Entity or controlled by a Government Entity;

“Government Entity” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, county, foreign or other governmental, quasi-governmental, administrative or regulatory authority, body, agency, court, tribunal, commission or other similar governmental entity (including any branch, department, agency or political subdivision thereof) or any self-regulating body of similar standing.

"Government Entity" means a government or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof (including any commercial entity, company, or other entity controlled by a government, or in which a government holds a majority share of the equity), a political party, or a public international organization.

“Governmental Entity” means any government, including the Government, and all departments, political subdivisions, instrumentalities, agencies, corporations or commissions under the direct or indirect control thereof or owned thereby and shall include any court, arbitral tribunal, legislature, council or other state government or national, regional, municipal or local authorities.

“Governmental Entity” means any federal, national, supranational, state, provincial, local, foreign or other government, governmental, stock exchange, regulatory or administrative authority, agency or commission or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body.

“Governmental Entity” means any U.S. or foreign federal, state, provincial or local governmental authority, court, government or self-regulatory organization, commission, tribunal or organization or any regulatory, administrative or other agency, or any political or other subdivision, department or branch of any of the foregoing, including any governmental, quasi-governmental or non-governmental body administering, regulating, or having general oversight

“Governmental Entity” means any government or any agency, bureau, board, commission, court, department, official, political subdivision, tribunal, or other instrumentality of any government, whether federal, state or local, or any arbitrational or mediational tribunal.

“Government Entity” means any # nation, state, county, city, town, village, district, or other jurisdiction of any nature; # federal, state, local, municipal, foreign, or other government; # governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, official, or entity and any court or other tribunal); # multinational organization or body; or # body exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature.
