(i) Each Lender or Issuing Bank that is entitled to an exemption from or reduction of any applicable withholding Tax (including backup withholding Tax), with respect to any payment under any Loan Document shall deliver to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent at any time or times reasonably requested by the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, such properly completed and executed documentation as may be prescribed by applicable law or reasonably requested by the Borrower or the Administrative Agent to permit such payments to be made without such withholding Tax or at a reduced rate. Each Lender or Issuing Bank hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to deliver to the Borrower and to any successor Administrative Agent any documentation provided to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this [Section 2.14(e)].
