Employment Status. Except as may be provided under any other agreement between the Executive and the Company, the employment of the Executive by the Company is “at will,” and may be terminated by either the Executive or the Company at any time, subject to applicable law.

Employment at Will. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not create employment for a definite term and that Executive’s employment with ​ is at will and terminable by ​ or Executive at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, unless otherwise expressly set forth in a separate written agreement executed by Executive and ​ after the date of this Agreement.

At-Will Employment; Termination. The Company and Executive acknowledge that Executive’s employment is and shall continue to be at-will, as defined under applicable law, and that Executive’s employment with the Company may be terminated by either party at any time for any or no reason, with or without notice. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, awards or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement. Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall be terminated immediately on the death of Executive.

Employment at Will. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not create employment for a definite term and that Executive’s employment with ​ is at will and terminable by ​ or Executive at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, unless otherwise expressly set forth in a separate written agreement executed by Executive and ​ after the Effective Date.

The Executive and the Company acknowledge that, except as may otherwise be provided under any other written agreement between the Executive and the Company, the employment of the Executive by the Company is "at will" and, prior to the Effective Date, the Executive's employment and this Agreement may be terminated by either the Executive or the Company at any time prior to the Effective Date, in which case the Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement. From and after the Effective Date this Agreement shall supersede any other agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Employment at Will. The Company and Executive expressly understand and agree that nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific time, nor does it change the at will employment relationship. Either the Company or Executive may terminate the Executive’s employment under this Paragraph 4 at will, for any or no reason, subject to compliance with the applicable post-termination obligations of each contained herein.

The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, in each case, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder will be on an at-will basis. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law or Sections IV, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI of this Agreement, Executive’s employment with the Company may be terminated by Executive or the Company at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Basic "At Will" Rule. The Employment Term shall begin upon the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter until terminated by the Company or Executive. Executive acknowledges and agrees that her employment with the Company is “at will” and may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, with or without good cause, or for any or no cause, at the option of either the Company or Executive. Executive understands and agrees that neither her job performance nor promotions, commendations, bonuses or the like from the Company shall give rise to, or in any way serve as the basis for modification, amendment, or extension, by implication or otherwise, of Executive’s at-will employment with the Company.

At-Will Employment. Executive and the Company agree that Executive’s employment with the Company will be “at-will” employment and may be terminated at any time with or without Cause or notice. Executive understands and agrees this at-will employment relationship will not be modified or amended unless it is done in a writing that complies with Section 10(f) and Section 10(i) and explicitly references this Section 5(a). Executive’s employment will terminate upon the earlier to occur of # a termination by the Company with or without Cause, # Executive’s Disability or death, # a resignation by Executive with or without Good Reason, or # upon the termination of the Employment Term.

At-Will Employment. Executive’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.

Executive will be employed by the Company at will, which means that either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason or no reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, following the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement, as applicable depending on the circumstances of such termination, in accordance with such provisions.
