Entirety. This Agreement, including any exhibits hereto, as it may be amended pursuant to the terms hereof, represents the complete and final agreement of the parties and shall control over any other statement, representation or agreement by the Company. This Agreement supersedes any prior negotiations or discussions between the parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the exhibit hereto constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the exhibits hereto contain the complete agreement among the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersede all prior agreements and understandings among the parties with respect to such transactions.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including any exhibits, schedules and other documents referred to herein) contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or representations, written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including any exhibits or schedules hereto) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the Parties, whether written or oral, including, but not limited, to all proposals, negotiations, conversations, letters of intent, term sheets, memoranda of understanding or discussions, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and all past dealing or industry custom.

This Agreement (including any exhibits and schedules hereto) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the Parties, whether written or oral, including, but not limited, to all proposals, negotiations, conversations, letters of intent, term sheets, memoranda of understanding or discussions, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and all past dealing or industry custom.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including all Exhibits attached hereto, contains the entire understanding and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral and written understandings of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, which shall include the Exhibits hereto, contains all of the understandings and representations between the parties hereto pertaining to the matters referred to herein, and supersedes all undertakings and agreements, whether oral or in writing,

Entire Agreement. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and Exhibits and other writings referred to herein or delivered pursuant hereto which form a part hereof contain the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
