Entirety. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents represent the final agreement Among Borrower, Guarantors, Lenders and Agent and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements by the parties. there are no unwritten oral agreements among the parties.

Entirety. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents embody the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof. These Loan Documents represent the final agreement between the parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the parties. There are no oral agreements between the parties.

Entirety, Etc. This Amendment and all of the other Loan Documents embody the entire agreement between the parties. THIS AMENDMENT AND ALL OF THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS REPRESENT THE FINAL AGREEMENT AMONG THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS AMONG THE PARTIES.

Final Agreement. This Amendment represents the final agreement between Borrowers, Guarantors and Lender as to the subject matter hereof and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the parties. There are no unwritten oral agreements between the parties.

Entirety. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Entirety. This Amendment, the other Loan Documents and the other documents relating to the Obligations represent the entire agreement of the parties hereto and thereto, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, if any, including any commitment letters or correspondence relating to the Loan Documents, any other documents relating to the Obligations, or the transactions contemplated herein and therein.

SECTION # NO ORAL AGREEMENTS. The rights and obligations of each of the parties to the loan documents shall be determined solely from written agreements, documents, and instruments, and any prior oral agreements between such parties are superseded by and merged into such writings. This Amendment and the other written loan documents executed by Borrower, Guarantor, Agent and/or the Lenders (together with any fee letters as they relate to the payment of fees after the closing date) represent the final agreement between such parties, and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent oral agreements by such parties. There are no unwritten oral agreements between such parties.
