Amendments. Except as provided herein, this Agreement may not be amended or otherwise modified unless evidenced in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Corporation.

Modification. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by written instrument signed by an authorized representative of the Parties.

Amendments. This Agreement shall not be amended or otherwise modified unless in writing signed by all of the Parties hereto.

Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in a writing duly executed by the parties hereto.

Amendment. This Agreement may not be modified, altered or changed except in writing and signed by both parties wherein specific reference is made to this Agreement.
