[Schedule 1.1(a)] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended such that, after giving effect to all such amendments, it shall read in its entirety as set forth on [Annex A] attached hereto.

[Schedule 1.1] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety with [Schedule 1.1] attached hereto.

[Schedule 2.01] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by [Schedule 1] attached hereto.

The Existing Credit Agreement (other than the Exhibits and Schedules attached thereto) is hereby amended in its entirety to read in the form of [Annex A] attached hereto (as so amended, the “Credit Agreement”).

[Schedule C]-1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as [Schedule C]-1 attached hereto.

[Schedule 2.1] to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in full, a copy of which is attached hereto as [Schedule II].

[Schedule 2.01] to the Existing Credit Agreement is amended to read in the form of [Schedules 2.01] attached hereto.

Amendments to [Schedule 2].01A. [Schedule 2].01A of the Credit Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on [Schedule 2].01A hereto.

[Schedule 2.01] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as set forth on [Schedule 2.01] hereto.

(i) [Schedule 2.01] to the Existing Credit Agreement shall hereby be amended and restated in its entirety in the form attached hereto as [Annex II]; and # Exhibit H-11] to the Existing Credit Agreement shall hereby be amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in [Annex III] hereto and shall act as the corresponding Exhibit to the Amended Credit Agreement (for the avoidance of doubt, all other Schedules and Exhibits to the Existing Credit Agreement, as applicable, shall remain in full force and effect in the form attached to the Existing Credit Agreement prior to the Funding Date and shall act as the corresponding Schedules and Exhibits to the Amended Credit Agreement).
