Entire Plan. This document and any amendments contain all the terms and provisions of the Plan and shall constitute the entire Plan, any other alleged terms or provisions being of no effect.

Entire Agreement; Relation to Plan. This Notice is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. This Notice and the Plan contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained in this Notice, and supersede all prior written or oral communications, representations and negotiations in respect thereto. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Notice and the Plan, the Plan shall govern. Capitalized terms used in this Notice without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan.

Entire Agreement; Relationship to the Plan. This Agreement and the Plan set forth the sole entire agreement and understanding between the parties as to the subject matter hereof, and merge with and supersede all prior and contemporaneous discussions, agreements and understandings of every kind and any nature between them with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except to the extent provided in [Section 3 or 15]5] hereof, and except to the extent that provisions hereof are by their terms subject to any subsequent amendment of the Plan, this Agreement may not be changed or modified, except by agreement in writing, signed by the Company and the Employee. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and the Plan as written on the Date of Grant, the Plan shall govern.

Section # Entire Agreement. This Plan of Dissolution constitutes the entire plan of dissolution, winding-up and termination of the undersigned with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Plan. “Plan” shall mean the Second Amended and Restated 2014 Stock Incentive Plan of ​ Holdings, Inc.

Plan. The Saul Centers, Inc. 2004 Stock Plan, as amended from time to time.

Plan. “Plan” means this plan set forth in this instrument, and known as “The Sherwin-Williams Company 2005 Director Deferred Fee Plan”, amended and restated effective as of ​.

Plan. The Anadarko Retirement Restoration Plan, as it may be amended from time to time.

Plan. “Plan” means the nonqualified, unfunded income deferral program maintained by the Company and established for the benefit of Participants eligible to participate therein, as set forth in this Plan Statement. As used herein, “Plan” does not refer to the documents pursuant to which this Plan is maintained. That document is referred to herein as the “Plan Statement”. The Plan shall be referred to as the “Target Corporation DDCP” (formerly known as the Target Corporation Director Deferred Compensation Plan).

Plan. The terms and provisions of the Plan are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of the Plan and the provisions of this Award Agreement (including the Grant Notice), the Plan shall govern and control.

Plan. The Lilly Directors' Deferral Plan, as set forth herein and as it may be amended from time to time.

Plan. “Plan” means the nonqualified, unfunded income deferral program maintained by the Company and established for the benefit of Participants eligible to participate therein, as set forth in this Plan Statement. As used herein, “Plan” does not refer to the documents pursuant to which this Plan is maintained. That document is referred to herein as the “Plan Statement”. The Plan shall be referred to as the “Target Corporation Officer EDCP” (formerly known as the Target Corporation SMG Executive Deferred Compensation Plan).

Plan. The Company’s grant of Units pursuant to this Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. The Participant acknowledges receipt and review of the Plan.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and any previous agreement or understanding between the parties with respect thereto is superseded by this Agreement and the Plan.

Entire Agreement. This Plan constitutes the entire agreement between the Bank and a participating Participant as to the subject matter hereof. No rights are granted to a Participant by virtue of this Plan other than those specifically set forth herein.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including the Appendix) constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, supersedes any prior understandings or agreements with respect to such subject matter, and the Parties agree and affirm that there are no agreements, understanding, restrictions, representations or warranties between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement other than those set forth or provided in this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains and represents the entire and complete understanding and agreement concerning and in reference to the arrangement between the parties hereto. The parties hereto agree that no prior statements, representations, promises, agreements, instructions, or understandings, written or oral, pertaining to this Agreement, other than those specifically set forth and stated herein, shall be of any force or effect.

Entire Agreement. It is understood and acknowledged that there are no oral agreements between the parties hereto affecting this Lease and this Lease constitutes the parties' entire agreement with respect to the leasing of the Premises and supersedes and cancels any and all previous negotiations, arrangements, brochures, agreements and understandings, if any, between the parties hereto or displayed by Landlord to Tenant with respect to the subject matter thereof, and none thereof shall be used to interpret or construe this Lease. None of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions of this Lease can be modified, deleted or added to except in writing signed by the parties hereto.

Entire Agreement. The Transaction Documents, together with the exhibits and schedules thereto, the Prospectus and the Prospectus Supplement, contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to such matters, which the parties acknowledge have been merged into such documents, exhibits and schedules.
