Entire Agreement. This instrument contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and the Employee’s relationship with the Company, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, and may not be waived, changed, modified, extended or discharged orally but only by agreement in writing, consented to in writing by the Company, and signed by the party against whom enforcement of any such waiver, change, modification, extension or discharge is sought.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Company and Employee and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations between the parties, whether oral or written. No modification, supplement, or amendment of any provision hereof shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties.

Entire Agreement. This document contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, concerning the subject matter hereof or otherwise concerning Employee’s employment by the Company. This Agreement may not be changed orally, but only by a written agreement signed by both Parties.

Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, this Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Company and the Employee with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof. This Agreement may not be amended, waived, changed, modified or discharged except by an instrument in writing executed by or on behalf of the party against whom enforcement of any amendment, waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought. No course of conduct or dealing shall be construed to modify, amend or otherwise affect any of the provisions hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete, final, and exclusive embodiment of the entire agreement between Employee and the Company with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings whether written or oral. It is entered into without reliance on any promise or representation other than those expressly contained herein, and it cannot be modified or amended except in a written instrument signed by Employee and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties. The parties agree they have not relied on any oral statements that are not included in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing, must reference this Agreement, and must be signed by Employee and an authorized employee or agent of the Company.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement as herein and the other agreements referred to herein set forth the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and communications, whether oral or written, pertaining to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by the mutual written agreement of the Company and Employee.

Entire Agreement. This instrument contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, supersedes any and all prior agreements and understanding regarding the subject matter hereof, and may not be waived, changed, modified, extended or discharged orally but only by agreement in writing, consented to in writing by the Company and the Consultant.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous discussions, representations, or agreements, whether such representations or agreements were oral or written or express or implied. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by both Employee and the Company.

Entire Agreement. This agreement between Employee and the Company constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the matters referenced herein.
