Entire Agreement. This Release and the Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the Parties in respect of the subject matter contained herein and therein and supersede all prior or simultaneous representations, discussions, negotiations and agreements, whether written or oral. This Release may be amended or modified only with the written consent of Executive and an authorized representative of the Company. No oral waiver, amendment or modification will be effective under any circumstances whatsoever.

Entire Agreement. This Release and the Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the Parties in respect of the subject matter contained herein and therein and supersede all prior or simultaneous representations, discussions, negotiations and agreements, whether written or oral. This Release may be amended or modified only with the written consent of Executive and an authorized representative of the Company. No oral waiver, amendment or modification will be effective under any circumstances whatsoever.

Entire Agreement; Modification. This Release constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be modified without the express written consent of both Parties. This Release supersedes all prior written and/or oral and all contemporaneous oral agreements, understandings and negotiations regarding its subject matter. This Release may not be modified or canceled in any manner except by a writing signed by both Parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. It supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the matters covered herein, including, without limitation, the Prior Agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, oral or otherwise, have been made by any party, or anyone acting on behalf of any party, which are not embodied herein, and that no other agreement, statement, or promise relating to the matters covered herein and not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding. This Agreement may not be modified or amended by oral agreement, but only by any agreement in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Company and the Executive.

Entire Agreement. The Agreement, as amended by this Amendment (including the Release), set forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Executive and the Corporation relating to the Executive’s employment with and the termination of his employment and release of any claims relating to his employment. Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms and provisions of the Agreement and this Amendment, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall govern and be binding. The terms and provisions contained in this Amendment shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and their respective assigns.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the complete understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter contained herein, and no other promises or agreements shall be binding unless signed by both an authorized representative of the Company and Executive. In signing this Agreement, the Parties are not relying on any fact, statement, or assumption not set forth in this

#Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Executive and the Company and is the complete, final, and exclusive embodiment of their agreement with regard to this subject matter, and will supersede all prior agreements, understandings, discussions, negotiations and undertakings, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, including without limitation, the Prior Agreement. This Agreement is entered into without reliance on any promise or representation other than those expressly contained herein or therein and cannot be modified or amended except in a writing signed by an officer of the Company and Executive.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement regarding the terms and conditions discussed herein and shall supersede and replace any prior agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof, between Executive and [[Organization A:Organization]], and may only be amended, modified or superseded in writing upon mutual agreement of Executive and [[Organization A:Organization]].

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding among the parties, superseding all previous employment agreements between Employer and Executive and any previous understandings, oral or written, pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. No party has relied or will rely upon any oral or other written representation or oral or written information made or given to such party by any other party, representative of such party or anyone acting on its behalf.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the Corporation and Executive with respect to its subject matter, merges and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings with respect to its subject matter, and may not be waived or modified, in whole or in part, except by a writing signed by each of the parties hereto.
