Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written, related to the subject matter hereof, or otherwise related to the provision of investment banking, advisory, management, board advisory or other services to the Company.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior consulting or other agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof between you and the Company.

There are no promises, agreements, conditions, undertakings, understandings, warranties, covenants or representations, oral or written, express or implied, between them with respect to this Agreement or the matters described in this Agreement, except as set forth in this Agreement and in the other documentation relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Any such negotiations, promises, or understandings shall not be used to interpret or constitute this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. There are no other courses of dealing, understanding, agreements, representations, or warranties, written or oral, except as set forth herein.
