Entire Understanding. This Agreement is the entire, final, and complete agreement of the Parties relating to the subject of this Agreement, and supersedes and replaces all prior or existing written and oral agreements between the Parties or their representatives relating thereto.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties hereto and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the Parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement and understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the Parties.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter contained in this Agreement, and, except as otherwise provided herein, can be modified only by a writing signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the specific subject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement and understanding between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussion, agreements and understandings between them with respect thereto. This Agreement may not be modified except in a writing signed by both of the Parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between and among the parties and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements among them respecting the subject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and, except as provided herein, supersedes all prior understanding, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both oral and written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement and the Plan contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, with respect thereto.
