Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties in respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof and is not intended to confer upon any other Person any rights or remedies hereunder (except as set forth in Section 10.11).

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, and understandings related to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties hereto and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the Parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties in respect of the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, arrangements and understandings of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. No representation, promise, inducement, waiver of rights, agreement or statement of intention has been made by any of the parties which is not expressly embodied in this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among such parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement is the entire, final, and complete agreement of the Parties relating to the subject of this Agreement, and supersedes and replaces all prior or existing written and oral agreements between the Parties or their representatives relating thereto.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings related to the subject matter hereof. No understanding, promise, inducement, statement of intention, representation, warranty, covenant or condition, written or oral, express or implied, whether by statute or otherwise, has been made by any Party hereto which is not embodied in this Agreement or the written statements, certificates, or other documents delivered pursuant hereto or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and no party hereto shall be bound by or liable for any alleged understanding, promise, inducement, statement, representation, warranty, covenant or condition not so set forth.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understanding related to the subject matter hereof. No understanding, promise, inducement, statement of intention, representation, warranty, covenant or condition, written or oral, express or implied, whether by statute or otherwise, has been made by any party hereto which is not embodied in this Agreement or the written statement, certificates, or other documents delivered pursuant hereto or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and no party hereto shall be bound by or liable for any alleged understanding, promise, inducement, statement, representation, warranty, covenant or condition not set forth.
