Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the full agreement between you and ​ and completely supersedes any prior written or oral agreements or representations concerning the subject matter thereof, provided, however, that pursuant to Section 6, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Grant Materials, the Grant Materials shall govern. Each of the parties hereto expressly agrees and acknowledges that neither is entering into this Agreement in reliance upon any representations, promises or assurance from the other party other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Grantee and the Company and supersedes all other agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Grant.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, and constitutes a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between you and the Company and its affiliates with respect to its subject matter.
