Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and [[Organization A:Organization]] with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations, understandings, agreements or communications; provided, however, that the Severance Agreement and Release of All Liability and all agreements referenced in Paragraph 2(c) therein will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties hereto with regard [[Organization A:Organization]] subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior agreements, understandings and representations, oral or written, with regard to such matters.

Entire Agreement. You hereby acknowledge that no promise or inducement has been offered to You, except as expressly stated in the Severance and Release Agreements, and You are relying upon none. The Severance and Release Agreements represent the entire agreement between You and ​ with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any other written or oral understandings between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and may only be amended or modified with the prior written consent of You and ​. Exhibits, appendices, and schedules referred to herein and attached hereto, if any, are incorporated by reference into this Release and form a part hereof.

Section # Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement supersedes all other prior oral or written agreements between [[Organization A:Organization]], [[Organization B:Organization]], their respective affiliates and persons acting on their behalf with respect to the matters discussed herein, and this Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the matters covered herein and, except as specifically set forth herein, neither [[Organization B:Organization]] nor [[Organization A:Organization]] makes any representation, warranty, covenant or undertaking with respect to such matters. No provision of this Agreement may be waived or amended other than by an instrument in writing signed by the parties to this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement regarding the terms and conditions discussed herein and shall supersede and replace any prior agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof, between Executive and [[Organization A:Organization]], and may only be amended, modified or superseded in writing upon mutual agreement of Executive and [[Organization A:Organization]].
