Modification and Waiver. This Warrant and any provision hereof may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of the same is sought.

Waiver. This Warrant and any term hereof may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated (either generally or in a particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively) only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of such change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought.

Modification. Neither this Agreement nor any provisions hereof shall be waived modified, discharged or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom any such waiver, modification, discharge or termination is sought.

Amendment and Waiver. This Warrant may be amended and any provision hereof waived (either generally or in a particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively) only by an instrument in writing signed by Holder and the Company.

Amendments. This Agreement and any provision hereof, may be waived, changed, modified, or discharged, only by an agreement in writing signed by the Party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought.
