Entire Agreement. The Plan sets forth all of the agreements and understandings between the Company and Executives with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and terminates all prior agreements and understandings between the Company and Executives with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including the plans and agreements referenced in Section 3) contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto in respect of Executive’s employment and supersedes, cancels and annuls any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, understandings, commitments and practices between them respecting Executive’s employment.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and any previous agreement or understanding between the parties with respect thereto is superseded by this Agreement and the Plan.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
