Entire Agreement. The Amendment and the Contract (including all associated Exhibits and Tables) constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the amendment of the contract and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous, or unwritten oral agreements of the Parties. There are no subsequent oral agreements between the Parties.

Entire Agreement; Amendments. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to such matters, which the parties acknowledge have been merged into such documents, exhibits and schedules.

Entire Agreement. This Amendment Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written and oral communications with respect thereto. Each of the parties acknowledges that, in entering into this Amendment Agreement, it has not relied on any oral or written representation, warranty or other assurance (except as provided for or referred to in this Amendment Agreement) and waives all rights and remedies which might otherwise be available to it in respect thereof, except that nothing in this Amendment Agreement will limit or exclude any liability of a party for fraud.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be changed or modified, except by an agreement in writing specifically referencing this Agreement and executed by each of the parties hereto.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including all Exhibits attached hereto, contains the entire understanding and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral and written understandings of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.

Entire Agreement; Amendments. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (including the Exhibits hereto) and the Transaction Documents constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all previous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No agreement or understanding amending this Agreement shall be binding upon any Party unless set forth in a written document which expressly refers to this Agreement and which is signed and delivered by duly authorized representatives of each Party.

Entire Agreement and Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and communications between the Parties, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. No modification, amendments or supplements to this Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties unless in writing and executed by the duly authorized representative of each of the Parties.

Entire Agreement and Amendment. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes and replaces all prior agreements, understandings and commitments with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties to this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including the Exhibits and Schedules hereto) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, agreements and understandings (both written and oral) among the Parties with respect to such subject matter; and may be amended only by a writing signed by all Parties.

Entire Agreement and Amendments. This Agreement (including any attachments hereto) contains the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force and effect. No variation, modification or changes in the Agreement shall be binding on either Party unless set forth in a written document executed by all Parties or a duly authorized agent, officer or representative thereof.
