Language Consent. By accepting the grant of MSUs, you acknowledge that you are proficient in reading and understanding English and fully understand the terms of the documents related to the grant (the notice, the Agreement and the Plan), which were provided in the English language. You accept the terms of those documents accordingly.

Language Consent. You hereby expressly declare that you have full knowledge of the English language and have read, understood and fully accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions established in the Plan and the Agreement.

Language. If the Employee has received this Agreement or any other document related to the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.

Language. This Agreement is in the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language shall be for accommodation only and shall not be binding upon the Parties. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.

Language. You acknowledge that you are sufficiently proficient in English, or have consulted with an advisor who is sufficiently proficient in English, so as to allow you to understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Furthermore, if you received this or any other document related to the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.

Language. If the Participant has received these Award Terms, or any other document related to this Award of Restricted Share Units and/or the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.

With respect to an address in any United States county to which a notice is sent, a non-English language is an applicable non-English language if ten percent or more of the population residing in the county is literate only in the same non-English language, as determined in guidance published by the Secretary.

Section # Notices; English Language.

The Plan includes in the English versions of all notices, a statement prominently displayed in any applicable non-English language clearly indicating how to access the language services provided by the Plan.

This Agreement and the documentation to be supplied hereunder shall be in the English language.
