Language Consent. By accepting the Performance RSUs, Participant confirms having read and understood the Plan and the Award, including all terms and conditions included therein, which were provided in the English language. Participant accepts the terms of those documents accordingly.

Consent to Receive Information in English. By accepting the RSUs, the Participant confirms having read and understood the Plan and the Agreement, which were provided in the English language. The Participant accepts the terms of these documents accordingly.

Language Consent. By accepting the grant of RSUs, you acknowledge that you are proficient in reading and understanding English and fully understand the terms of the documents related to the grant (the notice, the Agreement and the Plan), which were provided in the English language. You accept the terms of those documents accordingly.

Language. Participant acknowledges that Participant is sufficiently proficient in English, or has consulted with an advisor who is sufficiently proficient in English, so as to allow Participant to understand the terms and conditions of this Award Agreement. If Participant received this Award Agreement, or any other document related to the RSUs and/or the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.

If this Agreement, the Plan, any website or any other document related to the RSUs is translated into a language other than English, and if the translated version is different from the English version, the English language version will take precedence. Participant confirms having read and understood the documents relating to the Plan and the RSUs, including, without limitation, this Agreement, which were provided to Participant in English, and waive any requirement for the Company to provide these documents in any other language.
