If the Participant has received these Award Terms, or any other document related to this Award of Restricted Share Units and/or the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.
Language. Participant acknowledges that Participant is sufficiently proficient in English, or has consulted with an advisor who is sufficiently proficient in English, so as to allow Participant to understand the terms and conditions of this Award Agreement.
