Engagement. Client hereby engages Consultant on a non-exclusive basis, and Consultant hereby accepts the engagement to provide financial consulting services and to become a strategic and financial advisor to Client and to render such advice and including but not limited to the following:

Engagement. The Client hereby retains Consultant on a non-exclusive basis to provide certain requested business, advisory, strategic and administrative services for the Client. These services shall be undertaken to build value for Client’s business (further detailed in Section 3 below).

Engagement: The Client hereby engages the Consultant as a consultant in connection with the Client’s financial consulting/corporate advisory/potential capital raising strategy and transaction as described below (hereinafter, the “Engagement”)
