Engagement. Pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in this Consulting Agreement, the Company now engages Consultant to provide, and Consultant hereby agrees to provide to the Company, the “Consulting Services” (as defined below).
Consultant accepts this engagement by the company and agrees to render consulting services pursuant to this Agreement and on the terms and conditions herein set forth.
CONSULTING SERVICES ENGAGEMENT. The Company hereby retains Consultant, and Consultant hereby accepts such retention, to perform consulting services for the Company as set forth herein.
