Enforcement. Each Bank hereby agrees that, except as otherwise provided in any Transaction Documents or with the written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Required Banks, it will not take any enforcement action, accelerate obligations under any Transaction Documents, or exercise any right that it might otherwise have under applicable law to credit bid at foreclosure sales, Uniform Commercial Code sales or other similar dispositions of collateral, if any.
