Enforcement. In the event that it becomes necessary for any Party to this Agreement to take any action in a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to interpret or enforce this Agreement, or any of its terms, and any Party thereafter incurs costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) as a result thereof, the prevailing Party in such dispute shall be entitled, in addition to any judgment or award, to an award for all reasonable costs incurred (including reasonable attorneys’ fees). The prevailing Party shall further be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs in connection with enforcement of any judgment, including enforcement following any appeal.

Enforcement. In any action to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, in addition to any other damages and remedies available at law or in equity.

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs for Legal Proceedings. If any party to this Agreement is required to enforce any term of this Agreement in any proceeding, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs expended to enforce this Agreement, in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event of any action to enforce, interpret or construe this Agreement, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled at law or in equity, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable costs incurred, including attorneys’ fees and the costs of appeal, if any.

Legal Fees and Costs. In the event either party elects to incur legal expenses to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement against the other party to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover such legal expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and necessary disbursements, in addition to any other relief to which such party shall be entitled.

If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which such party may be entitled.

In any court action at law or equity that is brought by one of the Parties to this Agreement to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other relief to which that Party may be entitled.

Section # Attorneys’ Fees. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged breach or default relating to this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in such action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled, the amount to be set by a court and not a jury.
